PREMADE ITEMS:
There are 2 ways of paying for Premade items.
1.) PAYPAL
Ordering Premade items is now even easier thanks
to our newly installed cart system. Simply use the cart system when ordering
any items thru Paypal.
Paypal,
located at www.Paypal.com, is a secure server site that accepts credit
cards, debit cards, and E-check payments for us. We will confirm your
purchase via email and ship your goods out to you within 48 hours of payment.
It is that simple!
2.) PERSONAL CHECK or MONEY ORDER
If you choose to pay for an item by mailing your
check or money order to us personally, please send us an email. In the
email please state the exact title of the product name(s) you wish to
order. We will reply to your request via email to confirm your order.
We will email to you our payment mailing address as well as give you the
deadline to which your item(s) will be held. We ask that all payments
be made within 5 business days of placing items on hold. If you request
an item to be held on Thursday, payment must reach us by the following
Wednesday. All purchases will be held and shipped out only after personal
checks clear. I know this may seem strict, but, we have had a plethora
of non-paying customers lately, and we do this to protect ourselves. Thank
you for adhering to this policy.
You can always email us with any questions about any of our items, we’ll
be happy to provide you a prompt reply!!
Pennsylvania residents
must pay 6% tax on all bags, accessories, glass, jewelry, herbal goods,
and other such taxable items. Clothing is not taxed in PA. Out of state
buyers are responsible for remitting any taxes due on purchases to their
own home state.
CUSTOM Orders:
Rebecca is not
currently accepting custom orders, thanks!
Custom Orders require excellent communication between the
designer & the customer. Please follow the guidelines below when inquiring
and placing custom orders:
1.) Send a detailed email to us describing
the item(s) you’d like to have custom made for you. The more detailed
your description, the better! There are several decisions to make when
placing a custom clothing order. Please include the following choices:
a.) What type of item you’d like to order. Be as descriptive as
possible. If you’d like to order a dress, please let us know what
style of dress you’d like. For example, an open back full-length
dress, or a halter style closed back mini dress. If you’d like to
order pants, let us know if you’d like them to be 2nd chance recycled
pants, or if you prefer them made from scratch. Wide Leg, Flared, etc….
You can even refer to other items already featured on our website. (“I
want one kind of like the dress on your 2nd gallery page, the 3rd one
over in the fourth row…”)
b.) Fabrics: Let us know what fabrics you’d like used in
your creation. Least expensive fabrics are cottons, including calicos.
Medium range fabrics include corduroy and designer calicos. Higher priced
fabrics include hemp and hand-dyed fabrics.
c.) Colors: You can choose exact color choices for your piece,
or stick to a family or hue of colors, such as “springtime pastels”
or “earthy neutrals”
d.) Details: If you’d like patchwork used in your design,
let us know what kind of patchwork you’d like. For example, random,
Seminole, quilt blocks are all different types. If you don’t know
what it is called, that’s OK! Just describe what you want the best
you can!
e.) Extras: Don’t forget the appliqués, pockets,
lace, etc… These little details are what will make your item really
unique.
f.) Please also let us know what form of payment you plan to use.
2.) Some one will promptly respond to your
inquiry. You will be given a price quote as well as an anticipated time
frame for the designer to complete your order. The designer will likely
also ask more questions regarding the order as well as ask for the necessary
measurements. Please give all measurements in inches. Take the measurements
for Bust, Waist, Hips, and Armpit to Ankle, from your own body. Inseam
and Outseam measurements can be taken from your body, or, even easier,
from your favorite fitting pair of pants. If you do not have a tape measure,
you can substitute with a piece of string or yard and a ruler. Here
is a diagram showing where the measurements ought to be taken.
3.) After details have been worked out and the proper measurements have
been exchanged, you will need to pay for your order either via Paypal
(www.Paypal.com) OR send a check or money order.
4.) The designer will begin creation of your garment after payment is
made in full.
5.) When your item is complete you will receive an email and be notified
that your garment is being shipped out. Now you need only wait patiently
by the mailbox for your goodies to arrive!!
